Approvals

Submitted expenses collect in the approval queue, visible to owners, admins, and connected accountants (regular members can't approve). For each one you can:

  • Approve: moves it to approved, ready to export.
  • Deny: you must enter a reason, which is attached to the expense as a comment and shown to the employee; the expense goes back to them to fix and resubmit. The reason trail persists for audit even after a later approval.

You can act one at a time, or enter select mode to approve/deny in bulk. Corporate‑card expenses that match a bank transaction can skip the queue and auto‑approve (see Bank & card transactions), gated by an org setting.
