Connect a bank or card & reconcile

  1. Settings → Connected bank accounts → Add bank account. Choose corporate (shared, drives auto‑matching) or private (only you), and complete the secure Plaid flow. Transactions sync in the background.
  2. Corporate‑card transactions auto‑match to receipts; matched card expenses can auto‑approve if your org enables it.
  3. On Invoices, use Sync QuickBooks to import bills and Reconcile to match paid bills against bank payments, then Confirm or Dismiss any potential matches.
