Bank & card transactions

Connect a company card or bank through Plaid or Mercury and Mylo pulls the transactions into a unified ledger. Amounts are signed (negative = money out, positive = money in). Mylo then auto‑matches receipts to card charges so corporate spend is coded automatically:

  • Matching is exact, same amount and same date, in the same currency, no tolerance , so you don't get sloppy false matches.
  • A matched corporate‑card expense can be auto‑approved (org setting Auto‑submit matched corporate‑card expenses); a matched personal charge still needs manual approval.

You can connect a card as corporate (shared with the org, drives auto‑matching) or private (visible only to you).
