Most digital receipts arrive as email: order confirmations, subscription charges, travel bookings. Connecting your mailbox lets Mylo find those automatically instead of you forwarding them one by one. You connect mailboxes in Settings under Connected emails, and Mylo supports Gmail, Outlook and iCloud, using secure sign-in for Gmail and Outlook and an app-specific password for iCloud.

The reason the first connect is powerful is the 90-day backfill: Mylo looks back over the previous three months and sweeps up receipts you already received, then keeps scanning on an ongoing basis after that. Each receipt it finds becomes both a receipt record and a draft expense, read by the same AI parser as anything else, so nothing needs retyping.
